Senior Recruiting Specialist at CoStar Group (Homes.com)
The CoStar Group’s subsidiary Homes.com is growing its team and hires Sales Associates for the residential real estate industry. As a Sales Associate, you will advise and sell subscription marketing solutions that allow customers to achieve their real estate marketing goals. You will be responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers and developing appropriate marketing solutions.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus and Commission
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit college or university
Comfortable in a metrics‑based role
Outbound/Inbound call experience
Interest in managing and growing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle, including contact and pipeline management
Track record of commitment to prior employers
Preferred Qualifications (Account Executive)
One year in a related corporate/B2B/B2C sales role (open to graduates or entry‑level candidates)
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs in a corporate sales environment
Experience managing and growing customer relationships through the entire life cycle
Track record of commitment with previous employers
Schedule Ability to work either 8:30 a‑5:30 p, 9:30 a‑6:30 p, or 10:30 a‑7:30 p EST. Associates work Monday‑Friday.
