Account Manager - Austin Aerogen is a global leader in acute care aerosol drug delivery. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive sales in the Austin, TX territory.

What is the role? The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within the designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the Marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales revenue quota for Aerogen products within assigned territory.

Manage the entire sales process: gather customer interest, provide quotations, collect orders, manage shipment, implement product and train clinical staff and distributors.

Drive and support Aerogen distributors.

Launch new products in collaboration with Marketing in the territory.

Establish strong physician and clinician relationships.

Apply value‑based and strategic selling skills.

Innovate in creating new sales opportunities for Aerogen products.

Conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events in the region.

Handle any other duties at the request of Manager.

Education and Experience

Minimum of a BA/BS Degree or Equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar commercial role within the medical device industry.
