What is the role? The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the Marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. The Account Manager also conducts peer-to-peer and promotional events and handles other tasks as requested by their manager.

The South Central territory is hiring one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Houston, Texas and Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales revenue quota for Aerogen products within the assigned territory.

Manage the entire sales process, including customer interest, quotations, orders, product shipment, implementation and training of clinical staff and distributors.

Drive and support Aerogen distributors.

Launch new products in combination with Marketing in the territory.

Establish strong physician and clinician relationships.

Apply value‑based and strategic selling skills.

Create innovative sales opportunities for Aerogen products.

Perform any other duties at the request of the Manager.

Conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events in the region.

Education & Experience

Minimum of a BA/BS Degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar commercial role within the medical device industry.
