The Role The Account Manager is the face to the customer, who is responsible for developing new business opportunities, running marketing campaigns, onboarding new clients and leveraging our unique perspective into the customer experience using direct contact and communication with the customer to ensure satisfaction. This role proactively engages with key business stakeholders across the customer to develop new business opportunities, bringing forward the voice of the customer to identify and deliver critical impacting solutions.

How You Make an Impact The Account Manager has a 360‑degree approach in engaging new business while spreading wider and deeper into existing accounts, while continuously advocating for, and driving improvements on behalf of our customers;

Penetrate‑develop wide spread campaigns with targeted messages to engage clients, entice them into introductory meetings for discovery of their needs.

Eliminate – detect, solution, and resolve customer‑impacting issues upstream by providing relevant and timely insights.

Optimize – when a customer does have the need for support, optimize the experience by ensuring you have prepared to exceed the customer’s expectations.

What you would be responsible for: Customer Development

Develop comprehensive customer development plan with weekly forecasting to achieve business objectives for assigned practice, vertical or geography.

Develops customer growth plans ensuring objectives are consistently met while measuring the correlation between satisfaction and revenue/gross profit objective; Develop detailed action plans for prospecting to drive coordinated outreach, meeting, events and other activities.

Successfully build relationships with prospective customers.

Understand customer pain points and provide value to them through logically assembled information for them to consume and act on.

Create proposals, statements of work and price opportunities; Articulate problem statements and create presentations/proposals on our approach to address pain points; Drive a solutions‑based approach encompassing Talento services that create efficiency, new capabilities or lower costs.

Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that drive lead generation strategic alliances thought leadership etc. resulting in market activation and growth.

Participate as needed in trade professional and industry associations to develop contacts while contributing meaningfully to the purpose of the associations.

Coordinate customer and company driven initiatives to meet the needs of the customer while ensuring a positive outcome for the company.

Customer Experience

Ensure the appropriate resourcing for customers to ensure the appropriate outcomes; Participate in attracting, developing, engaging & retaining associates; Obsess over the right resources for customer experience to be achieved.

Serve as a Recruiting expert to our customers’ HR business partners and hiring managers across multiple functional domains; Provide strategic insights, solutions, recommendations and overall execution support to ensure Talento differentiation from mass market, transaction‑centric vendors.

Responsible for customer communications, conflict resolution and compliance. Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.

Obtain job requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent placement.

Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and skills required. Provide feedback to customers when expectations vs. market realities are not aligned.

Plays an integral role in contributing to the know‑how of the team through collaboration and practice sharing. We believe you surround yourself with great people and they will learn from each other to become collectively better.

Participate meaningfully in the ongoing performance management process for the firm’s associates

Advocate on behalf of the Customer during all business engagements to ensure a consistent and valuable experience.

Ensures the consistent execution of the end‑to‑end recruiting process serving as a coach and hands‑on trainer in these areas:

Interaction with customers in Kickoff & Calibration meetings. Ensure customer requirements are gathered and leveraged throughout research, outreach, assessment and submission.

Support development of research plans and tactics by collaborating and leading when needed with a team of recruiters, researchers and customer teams. Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate and client discovery. Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates.

Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity.

Display technical knowledge and the ability to understand technology.

Creates search overview reports for clients including market intelligence and activities summaries.

Experience and knowledge requirements for the Account Manager:

Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital.

5-7 years of B2B sales experience

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction.

Pride in delivering quality work, every time.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
