The Opportunity: We are actively seeking an Account Executive in Palm Beach, FL. This is a consultative B2B sales role for professionals who are passionate about building relationships and delivering business‑critical technology solutions to clients. If you are a results‑driven individual with a track record of success in prospecting, closing, and managing business accounts, we want to connect with you.

What to Expect: As a new Sales Account Executive, you will begin with our immersive six-week sales development program. This structured experience includes in‑depth training on Novatech’s product suite, sales methodology, and industry‑leading internal tools. You will receive hands‑on coaching, peer collaboration, and continuous learning opportunities designed to support your long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and outbound activity

Represent Novatech’s full portfolio of technology solutions with confidence and credibility

Build strong relationships with decision makers, including C‑level executives

Conduct consultative conversations to align Novatech’s solutions with client needs

Manage a defined territory and sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets

Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications:

Prior B2B outside sales experience preferred

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
