Engage New Business – Drive leads and open new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.

Local Networking – Build relationships in the Florence business community to identify new business opportunities.

Become an Expert – Develop a deep understanding of Novatech’s product and service offerings to better serve your clients.

Relationship Building – Connect with key decision-makers and executives to drive sales and expand client partnerships.

Achieve Goals – Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets through strategic territory management.

What You Bring to Novatech

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Outside sales experience preferred

Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary based on experience

Uncapped commissions
