Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers

Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy

Accepts payments and processes transactions

Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy

Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations

Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis

Maintains a neat and clean work area and office

Conducts FNOL vehicle inspections

Takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing)

Performs bank run deposits

Full‑time position

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

Computer literate, from basic to intermediate skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful

Excellent communication skills, assertive, able to provide a first‑rate customer experience

Must pass state licensing requirements

Flexible schedule

Reliable transportation

Education / Training / Experience

High School Diploma

Previous customer service experience is helpful
