Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answers any questions regarding customers’ policy Accepts payments and processes transactions Identifies potential needs of the customer regarding their policy Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Involves with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis Maintains a neat and clean work area and office Processes FNOL vehicle inspections Takes vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Handles bank run deposits Position is full time Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements
Computer literate desired from basic to intermediate skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and provide a first-rate experience for our customers Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education, Training, and Experience
High School Diploma Previous customer service experience is helpful
