Our Lamar office in Indianapolis is now hiring a new Account Executive (salary + commission) to help us bring innovative outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Indianapolis, IN and the surrounding areas.

Monday–Friday schedule with paid holidays, combining office work and field sales. First‑year earning potential of $50,000–$70,000 (commissions included), with no commission cap. Monthly auto and cell allowances for work‑related expenses. Benefits

Comfort making cold calls and in‑person meetings. Ability to give oral presentations and articulate policies clearly. Inclusive communication with diverse customers. Motivation to learn new technology and systems. Effective time management and self‑organization. Desire to sell outdoor advertising benefits to businesses. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to handle fluctuating workloads and rejection. Sales quota attainment using general sales techniques. Self‑motivation, resilience, and persuasive networking. Education and Experience
Current and valid driver’s license. College degree preferred. Outdoor advertising sales experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets and monitor sales data. Target businesses in the assigned area and visit existing Lamar clients and competitors. Understand local and national competition and cluster accounts efficiently. Use Lamar computer tools to locate prospects, follow up leads, and prepare proposals and presentations. Present to clients regularly and develop new product knowledge. Participate in sales meetings, regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans; follow up on production orders; keep organized client records. Physical Demands and Work Environment
Combination of office work and field sales calls. Light lifting, regular standing, talking, walking; light reading and vision requirements. Night travel less than 10% of time. Who We Are
