What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make reservations and assist owners with booking their vacations
Troubleshoot and resolve reservation issues, including changes or cancellations
Engage with owners to understand their vacation preferences through discovery questions
Educate owners about vacation insurance and points protection
Provide information about resort amenities and destinations to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
Six months of customer service or sales experience
Good listening and conversational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Passion for travel and hospitality
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
