Job Overview As a Sales Effectiveness Specialist, you will partner closely with field sales teams and leadership to deliver strategic support, product expertise, and enablement that accelerates revenue growth and strengthens client relationships. You will influence sales success, champion cutting‑edge solutions, and make a measurable impact on our business.

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Product Expertise : Act as a trusted advisor on Worldpay solutions, ISV offerings, and market trends; deliver training and onboarding for sales teams and new hires to enhance solution‑based selling.

Strategic Sales Support : Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy, negotiations, and structuring; provide insights on competitive positioning and value propositions.

Territory & Pipeline Management : Drive adoption and expansion of targeted solutions within assigned territory; maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in Salesforce.

Collaboration & Communication : Respond promptly to sales inquiries and requests; work cross‑functionally to leverage marketing and product resources.

Travel & Field Engagement : Travel 30–40% to support regional sales efforts and client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Proven success in solution selling or SaaS sales enablement.

Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Skilled in Salesforce CRM and pipeline management.

Highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Adept at building strong partnerships and collaborating across teams with varied sales styles and strategies, creating alignment and driving collective success.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Willingness to travel 30–40% within assigned region.

Compensation: $81,000.00–$120,375.00 per year, plus eligible commission. Salary is determined by experience, job‑related skills, and education or training, and may vary by location.
