Senior Relationship Manager – Bank of Marin
Position located in Oakland. Full‑time role requiring both office and off‑site client visits.
Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate new client relationships to achieve portfolio growth goals.
Maintain, cultivate, and retain an existing client portfolio.
Apply complex credit, deposit, and treasury product knowledge to support client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
7–10 years of relevant banking experience and training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Significant expertise in complex credit skills and deep understanding of banking credit, deposit, and treasury products.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $151,132 to $219,144, plus incentive compensation. Benefits include comprehensive health care, retirement savings plan with employer match, employee stock ownership plan, tuition reimbursement, volunteer program, and more.
