Ellsworth Corporation, a global industry leader in specialty chemicals and adhesive manufacturing, is seeking an Engineering Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships, and collaborate with engineering teams across diverse industries including cell phone, medical device, space/aerospace, and electric vehicle.
Responsibilities
Determine and present engineered solutions for customer applications, coordinating application testing with the customer.
Establish professional relationships with customer personnel across purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and management.
Partner with key stakeholders in internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure customer needs are addressed.
Maintain and utilize customer data via Dynamics 365.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, specialty chemical market preferred.
Bachelor of Science degree required, technical or business-related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
Current automobile insurance meeting company policy requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to personal growth and development.
Influence to expand thinking within the business to support sales growth initiatives.
Frequent daily travel and some overnight travel within assigned territory, including training and business meetings.
