As an Automotive Sales BDC Representative, your primary responsibility will be contacting customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments with our sales team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time, setting up appointments for those interested in purchasing a vehicle. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has a bright personality, and is dedicated to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team.

Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information.

Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred.

Professional appearance and behavior.

Strong computer and phone literacy.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
