POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Inside Retention Sales Specialist to join our team at Senske Family of Companies (SFC). The retention specialist is a member of the customer success team whose responsibility includes solving customer problems and applying innovative ways to retain existing customers. The retention specialist has the specific responsibility of reducing customer churn and mitigating lost revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating with customers and support staff
Collecting data about customer service trends
Recording and responding to customer complaints
Developing strategies to retain customers
Measuring key performance metrics related to churn and retention efforts
