About the Role: The Account Executive (AE) will be a pivotal member of our North American sales team based in SF/ NYC . Collaborating with both the core Room team based out of New York and the local OFS sales team, you will lead our expansion in the North American market, showcasing our industry-leading products and embodying our mission to redefine the modern workspace. This role offers a unique opportunity for a sales professional with an entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, self-driven, and excels in prioritizing tasks independently. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing national accounts, engaging with some of the most dynamic companies in the country. While you will receive inbound leads, you'll also play a key role in acquiring new customers. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to engage newprospects. Thoroughly qualify and vet leads to maintain a pipeline of high-intentaccounts. CollaboratewithOFSChannelSalesRepresentativestoheightenawarenessofROOM solutions. Maintain consistent follow-up with accounts in your pipeline to driverevenue. Cultivaterelationshipsandemployaconsultativesalesapproachwithkey decision-makers in Small and Mid-Marketcompanies. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitivelandscape. Provideaconsultativeandtailoredapproachtoleadsthroughdetailedneedsanalysis, ensuring a seamless salesprocess. Conductphysicalandvirtualshowroomtours,showcasingourproductdesign,brand vision, and closingdeals. Qualifications: 3+yearsofsalesexperiencewithaproventrackrecordinclosingnewbusinessfrom both inbound and outboundefforts. Demonstratedsuccessinconsistentlyexceedingsalesquotaswithethicalsales practices in a short sales cycleenvironment. Strongabilitytocollaboratecross-functionallywithotherdepartmentsforoptimal customer care throughout the salesprocess. Experienceinahigh-pacedsalesorstartupenvironment,deliveringtop-tierserviceand respect tocustomers. Proven track record of proactively driving outreach to generate urgency andsales. Proficientinmanagingafast-pacedenvironmentwithminimaloversight,adaptableto change. Highly detail-oriented and organized, adept at multitasking without losingfocus. Proficiency in SalesforceCRM.
