What Neighborhood Marketers Do:
Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Spark interest and schedule appointments for product demonstrations
Educate potential customers about Mr. Rogers Windows' high-quality window and door solutions
Follow established Mr. Rogers Windows policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
Who We Need:
Motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be 18+ and able to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, and able to follow strict attendance policy
Able to work Monday through Friday 11:00am - 6:30pm (35 hours a week)

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be very outgoing and enjoy working with and meeting new people
Ability to multi-task and adapt to new and changing situationsMust have the capacity to learn all products and services that Mr. Rogers Windows offers
Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends.
Education/Experience
High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing helpful
What We Offer:
$55,000 - $65,000 annually including bonus
