MISSION
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Events Specialist to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events and webinars. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Event Management: Plan and execute MKS PAMP’s events across the globe.
Invitations & Communications: Coordinate invitation design and distribution, RSVP tracking, reminders, and follow-ups pre- and post-event.
Vendor & Venue Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, venues, and technical support to ensure all logistical requirements are in place and within budget.
Reporting & Analytics: Compile attendance reports, feedback surveys, and performance metrics to assess event success and identify improvement areas.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to align messaging, branding, and target audiences for each event.
Brand Representation: Ensure that all event elements uphold MKS PAMP’s corporate identity and standards of excellence.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
3 years of experience in a similar roles
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and time management
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
