Our Women in Business Club is a private members’ community dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering women professionals in any field. We aim to foster collaboration, innovation, and success through a dynamic online and offline network, a comprehensive resource hub, engaging events, and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Tasks As an event volunteer, your main focus will be on promoting our events online and assisting with event organisation. Responsibilities include:
Event Promotion:
Support our communications team by creating and sharing content on social media, engaging with the community, and helping boost event visibility.
Event Organisation:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in‑person events.
Community Engagement:
Interact with attendees online, answer questions, and keep the energy high before and during events.
Speaker & Session Support:
Coordinate with speakers, support logistics, and help sessions run smoothly.
Digital Resource Management:
Help organise and share materials such as event schedules, speaker bios, and more.
On‑site Event Coordination:
Book hotels for speakers, secure venues, and arrange onsite logistics.
Requirements
Motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about women’s empowerment and business.
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Interest or experience in social media and digital communication.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Fluent or proficient in written and spoken English (our working language).
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Canva, or Instagram is a plus.
