We are seeking a self‑motivated, relationship‑building Account Executive who excels at cold‑calling, market research, and creating compelling sales presentations fueled by data. What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive you will learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and research, consistently perform cold‑calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations. What You’ll Need
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator and proactive with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred). Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills to help business grow to its fullest potential. Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required. Organizational ability to prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Nice‑to‑haves: experience managing complex multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, iHeart and/or audio advertising background, and well‑connected in the market. Benefits

Salary $40,000 – $50,000 plus commissions ranging from 8.0% – 16.0% based on experience and market data. Location
