iHeartMedia is hiring for an Account Executive in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on leveraging Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, developing new business opportunities through client meetings and research, and expanding existing business using the full suite of iHeart platforms. As an Account Executive, you\'ll learn the ins and outs of our products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings and research, conduct consistent daily cold-calling, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling and data-driven presentations to meet client needs. What You\'ll Need

Self-motivated with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills; goal-oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive in communication.

Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation.

Valid driver\'s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).

Skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills to help the business grow.

Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day work.

Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns, analytics, and knowledge of iHeart/audio advertising is a plus; well-connected in the market.

Compensation

Salary to be determined by experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions. Base salary range: $40,000 - $50,000. Location
