Currently, we have 12 subsidiaries – 9 in Europe and 3 outside Europe (USA, China and a new office in India in the final stage of establishment). We employ over 1,500 people and send our shipments to over 150 countries around the world.

Responsibilities

Sell TME company’s products.

New customer acquisition and customer retention.

Process, update or change customer purchase orders.

Handle, organize and process customer quote requests.

Respond to customer inquiries within a call‑center environment accurately (e.g. email, phone, webchat).

Prepare individual offers for clients.

Evaluate customers’ needs and build / maintain productive long‑lasting relationships.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve all customer issues.

Meet personal and team sales targets.

Issue sales documents in line with orders.

Report and provide feedback to the company’s management.

Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.

Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

Maintain long‑term and improve customer relationships through regular visits – readiness to travel.

Visit customers – mainly see customers and prospects physically. Follow‑up takes place at the office or via homework. The ratio of customer visits to office is 80/20.

Develop existing accounts and find new opportunities.

Manage and expand product and market knowledge.

Attend trade fairs – participate in fairs, events and conferences promoting the company.

Prepare offers and cooperate with sales specialists.

Provide excellent follow‑up after making price quotes for prospects and customers.

Provide great customer service (placing orders, checking product availability and delivery time, handling complaints, etc.).

Contribute to the company’s commercial and marketing strategy.

Search for information about the local market, fairs and different business opportunities for TME.

Identify customer needs and translate them into the sales and marketing strategy.

Provide reports on daily activities.

Collaborate with sales inside and account managers.

Qualifications

MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education in electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related).

Knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering or automation – an advantage.

Computer literacy; ability to carry out phone conversations.

Strong customer orientation and ability to provide the highest level of customer service.

Good organizational skills.

Ability to build relationships with customers.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge about electronic components – a must.

Experience in sales – 2 years or more.

A driving licence.

Ready for mobile work – visiting customers 4 days a week.

A can‑do mentality that helps take the company to the next level; initiative and a nose for spotting opportunities yourself.

Enthusiastic, communicative and determined; conveys things to people with confidence and in a smooth but honest manner.

Strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills; able to work closely with other departments.

Independent and proactive thinking/working comes naturally.

A jovial team player.
