Sales Development Representative

for our office in Atlanta. The ideal candidate should have a customer-oriented attitude, be self-motivated, results-oriented, demonstrate innovation, possess strong relationship-building and management skills, be accurate, and have excellent communication skills. The tasks we want to entrust you with: What you’ll do: Sell TME company's products; Acquire new customers and retain existing ones; Process, update, or modify customer purchase orders; Handle, organize, and process customer quote requests; Respond to customer inquiries within a call center environment via email, phone, or webchat; Prepare individual offers for clients; Evaluate customer needs and build/maintain productive, long-lasting relationships; Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues; Meet personal and team sales targets; Issue sales documents in line with orders; Report and provide feedback to management; Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory; Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay updated on the latest developments. What do we expect? What We Are Looking For: MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferably technical fields such as electronics, electrotechnics, automatics, or related); Knowledge related to electronics, electrical engineering, or automation is an advantage; Computer literacy and ability to conduct phone conversations; Strong customer orientation and ability to provide high-quality customer service; Good organizational skills; Ability to build relations with customers; Good interpersonal and communication skills. Among the offered 1,000,000 products, you will find goods from most major electronic component manufacturers. For the Netherlands, we are looking for: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (full-time 32-40 hours per week). You will work from your home base as well as from the Eindhoven office, collaborating with a small enthusiastic team of inside sales and colleague sales representatives. This role involves significant travel, with weekly meetings at the Eindhoven office. As our colleague, you will have many opportunities to develop yourself through training and courses, gaining experience in international business and sales. The tasks we want to entrust you with: Who are You? You have a can-do mentality that will help us elevate the company; You take initiative and have a knack for spotting opportunities; You are enthusiastic, communicative, and determined; You convey information confidently and honestly; You possess strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and French, and can work closely with other departments; You are independent, proactive, yet also a jovial team player; Targets motivate you; You have at least 2 years of sales experience. What do we expect? Responsibilities: Maintain and improve long-term customer relationships through regular visits; Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction; Visiting customers physically, with a visit-to-office ratio of approximately 70/30; Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities; Manage and expand product and market knowledge; Attend trade fairs, events, and conferences to promote the company; Prepare offers and collaborate with sales specialists; Follow up on price quotes to prospects and customers; Provide excellent customer service, including order placement, checking product availability, delivery times, and handling complaints; Contribute to the company's commercial and marketing strategies; Research local market information, fairs, and business opportunities for TME; Identify customer needs and translate them into sales and marketing strategies; Provide reports on daily activities; Collaborate with inside sales and account managers.
