Join Our Commercial Sales Team
Capital Automotive Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a
proven Commercial (Fleet) Sales Representative
to help grow and strengthen ourb>business-to-business partnerships across the Raleigh market. This role is ideal for someone who already knows the commercial sales landscape and is ready to take their experience to the next level with a respected, growth-focused automotive group.

What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with
commercial and fleet clients
Develop new business while expanding existing accounts
Consult with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational needs
Present tailored vehicle and fleet solutions aligned with budgets and long-term goals
Navigate fleet programs, incentives, and commercial purchasing processes with confidence
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Stay current on inventory, manufacturer programs, and commercial offerings
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
Minimum 2+ years of commercial sales experience — REQUIRED
(Automotive, fleet, or B2B sales experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success working within
fleet or commercial sales programs
Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, organized, and customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
