In this role you will collaborate closely with Directors of Field Operations, Community Managers, and Senior Living Sales Consultants. You will travel 100% of the time (10 days on, 4 days off) and your mission is to achieve ambitious sales goals within specified timeframes.

Schedule, Benefits and Pay

Travel 100% of the time; 10 days on, 4 days off.

$75,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Monthly stipend of $610 to apply toward benefits:

Responsibilities and Duties

Preserve our Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence.

Support and execute a strategic sales plan with Directors of Field Operations, Community Managers, and Senior Living Sales Consultants.

Continuously achieve and exceed sales goals in occupancy and waitlist growth.

Engage in conversations via phone or home visits with prospective residents.

Demonstrate flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for events and meetings.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing (Associate or Bachelor), preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Independent Senior Living Sales.

Willingness to embrace a mobile work lifestyle (100% travel).

Ability to work autonomously and in a team to promote Independent Senior Living communities.

Interest in Relationship Marketing and Sales, ability to connect empathetically.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and data entry competency.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Current driver’s license with clean record and authorized to operate a rental vehicle.
