Senior Living Sales Consultant
Resort Lifestyle Communities is accepting applications for a Senior Living Sales Consultant who will focus on growing community occupancy and increasing the awareness of our independent living retirement community, all while building trust with prospective residents and their families each step along the way.
Schedule, Benefits and Pay
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility to work other days as needed.
Free meal during shift.
Competitive compensation: base salary, performance-based bonuses tied to goal achievement, and profit sharing opportunity.
OnDemand Pay for accessing earned income early.
Monthly stipend of $610 toward selected benefits:
Health, Dental, Vision Insurance
Life Insurance
Short Term and/or Long Term Disability
Health Savings Account (HSA), Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care (FSA) and Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA).

Qualifications
Validated sales success, preferably in the local market with senior living, multi-unit complexes, or hospitality.
Ability to close sales with integrity.
Reliable independent transportation for outreach, home visits, or other needs.
Positive and credible communication skills.
Independent and team-oriented work style.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
Responsibilities and Duties
Execute sales strategy to maximize occupancy and revenue targets.
Respond quickly and diligently to inquiries and professional referral partnerships.
Conduct sales calls, home visits, and community tours with prospective residents.
Network within the local community.
