The Relationship Manager, WorkPlaced is available part‑time at either 3 or 4 days per week.
Role Overview This role is pivotal to this mission and is to assist with the management, administration, and delivery of HTB WorkPlaced mission, which includes planning the nature of each event, liaising with the team and sector leads, ensuring the successful delivery of events, and subsequent follow‑up with any post‑event communication, including collation and analysis of feedback to ensure a continual cycle of learning, development, and improvement. They will need to build effective relationships across the different HTB congregations, identify and work with representatives from each sector; and have a passion for work and are inspired to see the workplace transformed.
Key Deliverables
Working with the Director of WorkPlaced and sector leads, facilitate an inspiring schedule of WorkPlaced events, around 12 a term, including 2 Central gatherings, and the WorkPlaced course twice a year.
Build and maintain effective relationships with leaders in each sector, across the 11 HTB services, including with the Service WorkPlaced Ambassadors to promote WorkPlaced.
Work with HTB Events Team to plan and deliver the events, and ensuring effective and timely promotion of upcoming events.
Capturing follow‑up actions and liaising with leaders for follow‑up steps, including gathering feedback and incorporating feedback into future development.
Utilising Churchsuite CRM to effectively manage those people who are part of WorkPlaced, (currently nearly 1,500 people).
Look for opportunities to raise the profile of WorkPlaced across HTB, including its social media presence, while recognising the many other activities that HTB is engaged in.

Willing to work Sunday evenings and occasional early mornings/late evenings in the week, which is when WorkPlaced events are generally held.
Essential skills, experience & knowledge
Excellent people and interpersonal skills, able to engage and enlist volunteers.
5+ years experience of working in a management role in a non‑church based setting, ideally in 2+ roles.
Competent IT user, particularly MS Office.
Able and a desire to contribute to discussions on events and helping shape the future of the WorkPlaced initiative.
Desirable skills, experience & knowledge
Using a CRM (as needed to use Churchsuite), though this can be learned if a competent IT user.
