Own and administer HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Investor Relations
Create and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and standardized collateral
Build dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance
Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvementsPartner with Compliance to maintain documentation and regulatory accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
2–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles
Financial services experience required (asset management, investment management, wealth management, fintech, or adjacent)
Strong HubSpot expertise, including workflows, pipeline setup, dashboards, and automation
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and operationally minded
Strong communication skills and experience partnering with sales teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the ETF space
Experience supporting institutional, advisor, or high‑net‑worth client channels
Exposure to compliance workflows or regulated environments
Basic knowledge of investment products and financial concepts
