Elite B2B Sales – Northeast & North Central FL We’ve recovered $1B+ for buildings with a 30‑person elite team. Offices in FL and NJ. We’re a lean, machine‑optimized organization focused on permanent, high‑trust, high‑stakes B2B territory sales.

What We Sell When GCs cut corners, buildings fail and lawsuits fly. We embed onsite engineers to monitor everything before that happens. Our core services are legally required:

Engineering reports (Milestone, Recertification, Phase 1 & 2)

Reserve studies (30‑year condo budgeting)

Hiring Needs You thrive on volume and velocity. You move DMs to decisions with authority and follow up like a savage. We coach hard but want closers who own a market, build a name, and catapult into a career play.

How You Operate

Mon & Fri:

Remote days. CRM grind. 100+ follow‑ups. Decision driving.

Tue–Thu:

Field days. 15+ building visits/day. In the trenches.

Target: Property owners, managers, and CAMs managing condos.

What You Earn Upfront payouts (close today, earn today).

Benefits

Competitive base salary $55,000–$75,000

High performance OTE $175–$200k (Cybersecurity style)

Remote flexibility and on‑site field experience

What You Need

3+ years B2B sales (Construction, Insurance, HOA)

Serious work ethic & discipline

Executive presence in boardrooms, luncheons, cold calls

Coachability – we’ll train you like a pro if you’re hungry
