Role Description This is a full‑time Outside Sales Representative located in Juliette, GA. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, delivering engaging sales presentations, fostering relationships with clients, identifying and developing solutions for client concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. This role drives revenue growth and ensures client satisfaction through effective communication and follow‑up efforts.

Qualifications

Background in business‑to‑consumer in‑home sales

Experience in construction, foundation repair, or similar home services industry

Excellent customer service skills focused on addressing client needs

Outstanding communication skills, including listening, presenting, and follow‑up

Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage

Preferred previous experience in a sales or similar client‑facing role

Ability to measure homes and create drawings

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

Partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and estimate repairs for basement waterproofing and foundation solutions

Receive qualified, high‑quality leads and appointments

Travel within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections

Diagnose and educate the homeowner on the issues, providing solutions for foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues

Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with sell‑able job proposals

Close sales with customers in the home
