Travel within the sales territory for in-home inspections Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads Diagnose issues and educate homeowners, providing solution options Estimate repairs and prepare proposals Close sales in the home Maintain customer relationships and track sales pipeline Requirements
Full-time position Remote and onsite work, reporting to and working from the branch Service within the designated territory Reliable transportation required Qualifications
1-2 years sales experience preferred but not required Experience in commission-driven, B2C, or in-home sales is a plus Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction Groundworks is a leading provider of foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting and stabilization.
