Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and support Conduct virtual product meetings and strategic business reviews to identify additional revenue opportunities Develop and execute inside sales campaigns while managing lead qualification processes Provide pricing support, inventory status checks, and order tracking to customers Generate customer quotes and manage opportunities in Salesforce What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years of proven inside sales experience for B2B and/or B2C Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with quick adaptability to new software How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the cleaning equipment industry Familiarity with Concur and iCube reports or similar systems Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment History of successfully implementing sales strategies and achieving targets We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
