What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, establishing regular communication

Conduct virtual product meetings and strategic business reviews to identify revenue opportunities

Collaborate with field sales representatives to support site visits and training needs

Manage lead qualification and follow up on all marketing-generated leads

Generate customer quotes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of proven Inside Sales experience in B2B and/or B2C

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and strategic planning skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in managing customer relationships and executing inside sales campaigns

Ability to quickly learn new software and systems

A self-starter attitude with a willingness to embrace feedback and coaching

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
