Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage regular communication
Conduct virtual product meetings and strategic business reviews to explore additional revenue opportunities
Provide customer support including pricing, order tracking, and inventory status
Develop and execute inside sales campaigns, managing lead qualification processes
Generate customer quotes and facilitate new account set-up processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of proven Inside Sales experience for B2B and/or B2C
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (SFDC)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a team-oriented environment
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Strong self-motivation and openness to feedback and coaching
