Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance objectives and develop tailored coaching and growth plans Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends to drive revenue and achieve team quotas Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions to enhance team skills and productivity Manage day-to-day sales performance, ensuring accountability and consistent performance management Identify and address inefficiencies in sales processes while optimizing CRM and sales applications for data-driven decision‑making What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years leading a quota-carrying inside sales team with accountability for performance metrics Strong coaching skills to develop team members' verbal and written communication Proven ability to lead in a high-volume sales environment, managing 75-90 calls per day Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with inside sales management experience How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
