What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Recruit and hire a world‑class team of sales professionals, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious onboarding

Manage and enable team members to achieve key productivity metrics and milestones

Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for the region

Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver impactful product demonstrations

Build strategic relationships with existing channel partners and develop new partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in security, networking, or software solutions

Minimum 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth

Demonstrated ability to manage teams responsible for customer acquisition and pipeline generation

Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences, including transactions over $50K and $100K+

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with consultative, value‑based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)

Experience in establishing relationships with executive‑level partners and customers

A strong hunter mentality with a consistent record of over‑achievement
