What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets

Develop and execute account strategies that drive new business and customer retention

Collaborate with Sales Engineering for impactful product demonstrations and technology validations

Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue through disciplined deal inspection

Build and nurture relationships with existing channel partners and seek new partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications)

Located in Dallas, TX

Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth

Demonstrated success in closing complex sales with multiple buying influences

Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical features into business value

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)

Experience managing and closing deals valued at $50K+ and higher transactions above $100K+

Proven ability to establish strong relationships with executive-level partners and customers
