Responsibilities
Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines
Manage and enable team members to achieve key productivity metrics and sales milestones
Drive pipeline generation through collaboration with field sales, marketing, and partners
Develop and execute an account strategy to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue accurately to executive leadership
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software sales
At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business development
Demonstrated success in managing teams that create demand and acquire new customers
Proven ability to close complex sales with multiple stakeholders in emerging solution categories
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical features as business value
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
Experience managing and closing deals valued at $50K and above, including transactions over $100K
Established relationships with executive-level partners and customers
