Responsibilities

Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team to meet productivity metrics

Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth in the region

Collaborate with Sales Engineering for effective product demonstrations

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities

Forecast revenue performance to executive leadership through disciplined deal inspection

Qualifications

Must be located in Chicago, IL

Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions

At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business acquisition

Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand generation and customer acquisition

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating technical features into business value

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)

Experience managing and closing complex sales transactions over $100K+

Proven ability to establish relationships with executive-level customers and partners
