What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to develop and execute upsell strategies for key accounts
Participate in Annual/Quarterly business review strategy development for identified upsell accounts
Maintain regular communication with alliance partners and consultants to ensure alignment in the upsell process
Achieve mastery in Salesforce (SFDC) to monitor sales pipeline and forecast sales impact
Provide client feedback to drive ongoing product innovation and gather competitive intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience selling health and/or benefits solutions to self‑insured employers and/or health plans
Proven track record of successful quota achievement and/or sales awards
Ability to collaborate with CX to motivate prospects for upselling and improving retention
Experience maintaining ongoing relationships with large, complex clients
Strong presentation and group facilitation skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing expectations
Agile thinker with the capability to respond nimbly during prospect meetings
Team player dedicated to exceeding personal quotas while supporting colleagues
