What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning the employer as a solution
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to voice customer needs
Identify opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role
Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
Experience working with or within managed service providers (MSPs) and/or value-added resellers (VARs)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly to C-level executives
Effective time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
Experience building and implementing security programs
Familiarity with MSP tools such as remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA)
Knowledge of working with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like Elastic and Splunk
