Job Duties
Setting Appointments: 6–8 hours per week—reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
Research: 4–5 hours per week—dig into client information to customize options that meet their financial needs in the event of death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week—meet with clients virtually or in-person to present options, discuss details, and help them apply for coverage.
Administrative: 2 hours per week—follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Qualifications We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Compensation This is a commission-only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also offer premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k)s and IRAs) from market losses. We provide extensive training on these products and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commission, we offer a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips that agents/managers can qualify for based on individual and team results.
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Results vary by effort, training, lead system engagement, and customer needs.
