Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of the fastest-growing insurance organization in the country. Our focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing training and support to achieve success.

Responsibilities

Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week — reach out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and schedule a meeting to discuss mortgage protection coverage.

Research: 4-5 hours per week — review the information the client provided to tailor options that meet their financial needs in case of death or disability.

Meeting with Families: 2 days per week — meet with clients virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.

Administrative: 2 hours per week — follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Qualifications We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Compensation: Commission-only. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. A full-time agent is expected to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. We also offer additional financial products to help people save for retirement or protect retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k)s and IRAs). We provide extensive training and an uncapped commission structure, plus a competitive bonus program and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
