Job Description
Regional Sales Manager duties and responsibilities include selling goods, contacting customers, explaining product features, answering any questions that their customers may have, and negotiating prices to meet annual territory sales revenue expectations. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

Responsibilities
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, follow leads from existing clients, and attend trade shows and conferences
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
Help customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and regulations
Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
Answer customers' questions about prices, availability, and product uses
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements
Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns of other colleagues
May offer specialized knowledge of aftermarket/system sales
Deliver assigned sales goals / targets per annual territory budget
Expected travel 50%
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of CRM processes and procedures, preferably using Sales Force
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Education/Experience
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing sales
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
