What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support Area Sales Directors in servicing travel partners and clients to drive sales growth
Generate selling opportunities and assist in strategic Sales & Marketing efforts
Conduct sales presentations and training seminars to promote brand awareness
Coordinate and execute corporate and trade-related events
Network with internal departments to resolve service requests effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, cruise, or hospitality sectors
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong financial and business acumen
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proven negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach
Leadership qualities with a confident and credible presence
