Overview Mortgage Protection Sales role at Spieldenner Group. This position focuses on helping clients protect their assets and income through customized mortgage protection plans.

Responsibilities

Setting Appointments (6-8 hours per week): reach out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection options.

Research (4-5 hours per week): review client information to tailor options that meet financial needs in the event of death or disability.

Meeting with Families (2 days per week): meet with clients virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.

Administrative (2 hours per week): follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Qualifications We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn everything for this position.

Compensation Commission-based sales position (uncapped commissions) with a target of earning from mortgage protection and related financial products. Typical guidance includes:

Average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected.

Full-time agents are expected to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week.

Additional premium financial products (e.g., retirement accounts) are available with training on their use and sales.

Bonus structure and incentive trips based on individual and team results.
