Mortgage Protection Sales – Spieldenner Group
Spieldenner Financial Group is part of the fastest-growing insurance organization in the country. We focus on paying agents quickly, minimizing costs, and providing training and support to help agents achieve success.
Job Duties
Setting Appointments: 6–8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
Research: 4–5 hours per week – digging into the information the client provides to customize options that meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting clients either virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply for coverage.
Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Qualifications We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset: skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Commissions as a New Agent This position is commission‑only. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a range of premium financial products to help people save for retirement and protect their retirement accounts.
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Your level of success is determined by factors such as the amount of work you put in, your ability to follow and implement our training, and the insurance needs of your customers.
