Job Overview
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at Frito Lay. You’ll drive a FritoLay truck to various stores—including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores—unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records. This role offers a path for career growth within Frito Lay or the parent company, PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role within four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Achieve a route with set days off/schedule with time.
Work in a fast‑paced, physical environment (often weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain additional licenses as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prior experience in route sales or related field is a plus.
