What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead collaboration across cross‑functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals and sales strategies

Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and market trends

Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices for sales enablement content

Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

6‑8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role

Strong project management experience across diverse teams

Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability

Data‑driven problem‑solving approach, including measurement of impact

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience using Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, Highspot, or other sales enablement platforms

Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles

Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments
