What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to align sales enablement requests with business goals

Orchestrate the curation and creation of advanced sales enablement content focusing on complex solutions and sales techniques

Define, implement, and maintain a library of templates and best practices based on adult learning principles

Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analysis of metrics and feedback

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree

6-8 years of experience in sales, sales support, sales enablement, or a similar support role

Experience using sales enablement platforms and AI capabilities to enhance enablement

Strong project management experience across diverse teams

Effective communication skills to foster trust and shared accountability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Deep understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles

Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Rise, or Highspot

Data-driven problem-solving approach, including measurement of impact

Flexibility in managing competing priorities and navigating dynamic environments

Collaborative stakeholder management and alignment experience
